At Bhogniva, we are committed to delivering premium quality dry fruits. Since our products are food items, they are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Products
All dry fruits, nuts, makhana, and other edible products sold by Bhogniva are non-returnable once delivered.
Eligible Return/Replacement
A replacement or refund will only be considered if:
You receive a wrong product, or
The product received is damaged during delivery.
Conditions for Claim
To request a replacement or refund, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID.
- Provide a complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible.
- Share clear photos of the received product.
Claims submitted without a continuous unboxing video may not be accepted.
Refund/Replacement Process
After verification, if the claim is found to be genuine:
We will provide a replacement product, or
Issue a refund to the original payment method, if replacement is not possible.
